As the Father, bless your children before they go to bed.
Pray, just like St. Joseph... As the house quiets, get in your car… not to go to a bar or watch a game, but to join other men at Seton for a Holy Hour starting at 10:00 pm with reflections on St Joseph.
Be on time. Bring a friend.
Enter into the silence on the drive to Seton instead of the radio.
Leave the phone in the car.
Bring prayer intentions from your familiy or friends
Allow God to speak to you in the prayers and the silence of the night.
Travel home in silence - Reflect on how different the day looked.
Go straight to bed without engaging with your cell phone.
